You the seller will pay $499.00, here are just a few things it covers: up front document collection & processing & consulting, putting the home on the mls, realtor.com & approx 10 other websites, sign in yard (if agreed upon).

Who pays for the CIC/Homeowners resale package to give the buyer?  You the seller will have to pay this fee directly to your HOA within 2 days After the bank approves the short sale.
